We are seeking experienced professionals for anticipated projects funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Indonesia. We are seeking Indonesian and expatriate applicants with experience in the following areas:
- Forestry and forest management, including sustainable use and conservation, as well as sustainable conflict-free wood;
- Forest policy
- Biodiversity and climate change;
- Governance of natural resources;
- Market-based approaches to sustainable forestry;
- Institutional capacity building (including private and public sectors) and training;
- Legal and regulatory frameworks regarding the import of illegal wood products
- GIS/Spatial planning
Qualifications:
- University degree in related field
- Minimum five years professional experience
- Experience working on USAID or other international donor-funded projects highly preferred
- Proficiency in English
