We seek a customer focused individual with an in-depth understanding of card business and retention for the role of Telesales and Retention Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the retention team with a view to minimize card attrition rate. As part of your portfolio, you will initiate and liaise with other related departments (internal service department, operation, marketing portfolio, etc) to ensure better retention results and processes. Consistency and continuous improvement being important factors for this business, you will do well to initiate and create applications that assist in efficient and effective monitoring of results and system performance, in line with ANZ policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Ideally, you hold a Bachelors Degree along with a minimum of 2 year experience in the credit card industry, handling a team of professionals in departments related to retention. You are expected to have a sound understanding of the card business with good interpersonal and leadership skills. This combined with MS Office proficiency and English (written and verbal) communication skills make you the apt candidate for this post.
