The Australian Trade Commission (www.austrade.gov.au), the Australian Government’s trade and investment facilitation agency, is seeking the following key position for its Jakarta office:
Business Development Manager (Financial Services)
Your responsibilities will include developing market entry and market expansion strategies, especially for Financial Services industry, undertaking market promotion activities and completing market research analysis, all the while working with both Indonesian customers and Australian clients.
You will also need to identify, qualify, develop and promote two way investment opportunities between Australian companies and companies operating in ASEAN markets.
Highly developed, analytical, research and communication skill are essential.
You should be a good net worker and enjoy engaging with Indonesian customers in the market as well as with Australian clients. You will spend considerable time outside the office working directly with agents, importers, distributor, buyers and potential investor, to identify new business opportunities.
Candidates should have tertiary qualifications, preferably from an Australian institution, and be skilled in both spoken and whiten English it, well as Bahasa Indonesia.
