1. Marketing Manager – Coating
Responsibility: developing and managing Coating business in Indonesia according to business strategy
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Marketing and technical background in Coating is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience with 2-3 years experience in automotive industry
2. Marketing Manager – Crop Protection
Responsibility: planning, organizing, implementing marketing strategy in accordance with business growth
- Bachelor Degree in any major, Master Degree in Business Administration/Marketing will be advantage
- 5 years experience in Marketing, with 2-3 years in managerial position
3. Procurement Supervisor
Responsibility: identifying potential suppliers, negotiating with suppliers, implementing procurement processes and function.
- Bachelor Degree in any major, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering will be an advantage
- Minimum 4 years experience in Procurement area
4. Maintenance Supervisor (to be stationed in Merak Site)
Responsibility: initiating, organizing, supervising for preventive maintenance or trouble shooting
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Maintenance
5. Senior Industrial Relation Officer
Responsibility: planning, organizing, implementing Industrial Relations and HR related activities in manufacturing sites
- Bachelor Degree in any major, Law is preferable
- Minimum 3 years in related experience
6. Process Engineer (to be stationed in Cengkareng Site)
Responsibility: planning, organizing and operating Distributed Control System (DCS)
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in Electrical & Instrumentation with good knowledge in DCS operation
7. Technical Sales Representative (3 positions)
Responsibility: achieving sales target and team objective
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Chemicals), Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (Polyurethanes. Automotive & Refinery Chemicals)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, 1-2 years sales experience in the relevant industries is preferable
- Strong selling skills, enthusiastic, result oriented and team player
- Willing to travel extensively
8. Field Trial Specialist – Crop Protection
Responsibility: planning, organizing, conducting product trials
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture with good knowledge in Pest & Diseases
- Minimum 2 years experience in related position
- Willing to travel extensively
9. Marketing Support – Crop Protection
Responsibility: compiling and analyzing field data report
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative related position
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skill
10. QC Technician (to be stationed in Cikarang Site)
Responsibility: ensuring production quality and supporting QC laboratory activities
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
General requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully conversant in English
- Familiar with MS-Office
Specific requirements for positions 1 – 4:
- Excellent understanding in the functional/business area, proven track of success in the development and implementation of strategy
- Strong leadership skill and analytical thinking
- Hands on industry experience
