We are looking for a HR consultant to join our consulting team. You will be responsible for providing application consulting in HR area, and you are also required to be flexible in performing relevant application consulting in other area such as Hospital Information System, etc.
The ideal candidate should have 2 plus years practical experience also should have knowledge in contemporary theory and practice in HR.
Specific Requirements for the position:
- Strong background in HR practice with a good IT technical aptitude.
- Significant experience in one or more ERP system products is required.
- Involvement/experience in System Implementation projects or Software Product Development will be an advantage.
- Experience in performing Consulting or Training Services.
General Requirements for the position:
- A relevant degree (S1/Bachelor) from a reputable University with GPA of 3 or above.
- Excellent English proficiency is a must, including good communication and presentation skill.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems.
