Organisation Development Specialist
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)
General Responsibilities:
To build high performance organization as well as developing high performance people, we need personnel to provide advice, coaching and best solution to enhance organization and people productivity in line with short-long term business strategy.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Providing an advisory and consultancy to staff and management on a range of human resources issues, procedures, and policies consistent with employees standards, regulations, and guidelines
- Providing an alternative solution in relation with organizational design to ensure alignment all of positions
- Providing advisory in developing performance management system in line with company’s strategy and value
- Analyze and review implementation of competency management system and process to enhance employee capabilities
- Providing solution in set up effective career management system to ensure alignment of business need and employee aspirations
- Identify and review culture program and initiative such as core competency training, assessment, etc to create conducive and positive working environment in line with business strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any disciplines, preferably Psychology or Law
- Having 5 years of working experiences in HR especially in oil & gas industry
- Having good knowledge in Performance Management System; Competency or Talent management; Job Analysis
- Having proper understanding in WP&B from SKKMIGAS
- Possess competency or behavior event interview skills
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
