CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Coordinate and maintain Stakeholders Relationship Program (SRP) on high value clients and partners by establishing clients/partners contact plan (CCP) and its engagement plan as part of retention program, in order to support company’s marketing and business development strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing and Business Administration / Management
- Minimum 5 years working experiences and 2 years experiences in a CRM, preferably with experience in acquisition and retention marketing
- Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Excellent networking and client relationship skill
- Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines
- May require local travel from time to time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SBD team and ICT to refurbish the old, and/or recreate and redesign the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database system and make sure its intended functionality and features within original and expanded CRM are fully workable and can be operated by the Company as a BD tool to capture all prospect information from “end to end” business stages until up to generate the reports and management approvals.
- Monitors the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure and information flow.
- Provide valuable input in development of customer relationship management expansion and retention strategies e.g. Stakeholders Relationship Program (SRP), Zippering Plan etc.
- Manage database including customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop training module of CRM system and deliver the training
- Involved in business plan input for team/group operations including budget development.
- Maintaining and administrating the BD portal
- Responsible to support HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
