SENIOR MATERIAL COORDINATOR
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum D3 from any related background
- Have experience in the field, no color blind and have a healthy body
Scope of Work:
- Ensure quality of overall material used, verify qualification of personnel performing the work, ensure approved procedure/methods are used, ensure advance warnings of possible problem areas of items provided to the QA Engineer and verify corrective including repair. Keep QA Engineer informed of the current quality status.
- Contact vendor and shipper to ensure that merchandise, supplies, and equipment are forwarded on specified shipping date
- Arrange for distribution of materials upon arrival
- Contact vendors for materials requisition
- Monitor, verify or check provision of incoming material (quality, material certificate, supply status etc)
- Participate in the resolution of the quality problems as directed by QA Engineer
- Assist in ensuring requirements of regulatory authorities and/or Quality Assurance auditors are implemented and satisfactory
- Enforce and ensure safety standards and requirement are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superior.
