General Services Officer (GSO)
Qualification and Responsibilities:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Psychology, or Social Sciences, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably within a multinational or E&P organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in leading corporate events.
- Proven experience in creating newsletters and other platform media.
- Familiarity with handling petty cash, general affairs, and administrative matters.
- Experience in managing office and expatriate formalities.
- Demonstrated expertise in facility management, logistics, procurement, or administrative operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
