Built upon the experiences and expertise of the Sampoerna Foundation Teacher Institute from training over 14.000 professional teachers in Indonesia in the last 3 years, the SSE is a licensed, degree-granting college, managed by the Sampoerna Foundation.

1. Head of Math Department (HM-SSE)

Requirements:

• Master degree in Education and possessing Bachelor degree in Math Science with at least holding a Lektor grade in lecturer rank.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Education Management as a Head of Math Program
• Excellent English skill both spoken and written
• In-depth knowledge on learning and teaching methods of Math Study Program
• Strong Leadership
• Strong communication skill
• Strong entrepreneurship skill.

2. Head of English Department (HE-SSE)

Requirements:

• Master degree in Education and possessing Bachelor degree in English with at least holding a Lektor grade in lecturer rank.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Education Management as a Head of English Program
• Excellent English Proficiency (TOEFL score min 600)
• In-depth knowledge on learning and teaching methods of English Study Program
• Strong Leadership
• Strong communication skill
• Strong entrepreneurship skill.
• Good network with foreign university particularly those with reputable English Study Program

3. Full/Part Time English Lecturer (FTE/PTE-SSE)

Requirements:

• Master Degree in area of English Literature
• Minimum 2 years of Full/Part time teaching experience of English at University level.
• Good experience in curriculum development in English Education.
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Open minded and easily embrace new teaching and learning methods
• Able to build good teaching and learning atmosphere
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and presentation skill

4. Full/Part Time Math Lecturer (FTM/PTM –SSE)

Requirements:

• Master Degree in area of Mathematics Education
• Minimum 2 years of Full/Part time teaching experience of Mathematics at University level.
• Good experience in research management and curriculum development in Mathematics Education.
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill both MS Office and application related to the course subject (e.g. SPSS for Statistics)
• Open minded and easily embrace new teaching and learning methods
• Able to build good teaching and learning atmosphere
• Strong communication and presentation skill

5. Full/Part Time Pancasila Lecturer (FTP/PTP-SSE)

Requirements:

• Master Degree in area of Social Science with certification of P4 (Pedoman Penghayatan dan Pengamalan Pancasila)
• Minimum 2 years of Full/Part time teaching experience of Pancasila at University level.
• Good experience in curriculum development of Pancasila Study Program
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Well updated of the latest issues / trend / development of Pancasila and UUD’45
• Open minded and easily embrace new teaching and learning methods
• Able to build good teaching and learning atmosphere
• Walk the talk of Pancasila in daily life, can become a role model of implementing Pancasila in SSE.
• Strong communication and presentation skill

6. Full/Part Time Religious Studies Lecturer (FTRS/PTRS-SSE)

Requirements:

• Master Degree in area of Religious Studies
• Minimum 2 years of Full/Part time teaching experience of Religious Studies at University level.
• Good experience in curriculum development in Religious Studies Program
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Well updated of the latest issues / trend / development of Religious Studies
• Open minded and easily embrace new teaching and learning methods
• Able to build good teaching and learning atmosphere

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Solid experience in preparing, organizing and managing extra-curricular activities
• Solid experience in partnering and establishing communication channels with student organization
• Some experience in establishing Career Center, organizing Career Day and have good network with event organizer community
• Solid experience in managing Alumni (database, networking, communication, Alumni gathering)
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Extrovert and outgoing personality
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.

2. Academic Admin Services Staff (AAS-SSE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• High meticulousness and attention to details
• Solid experience in planning and scheduling
• Some experience in working with numbers and statistics
• Sound ability in working under pressure and dealing with demanding internal customers
• Solid experience in archiving and filing
• Proactive, solution oriented and customer oriented attitude
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.

3. Finance Staff (F-SSE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance/banking or accounting
• Minimum 2 years working experience in finance or accounting
• Good knowledge in taxation, A/P,  A/R, Bank Reconciliation and Accounting Principles
• Good experience in corresponding and communicating with Bank and their regulation.
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.

4. Auxiliary Staff (A-SSE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Solid experience in General Affairs and General Services area (including university canteen / food services, car-pool, cleaning service, etc)
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Some experience in preparing contract and simple negotiation and some legal knowledge about contract arrangement
• Preferably, some knowledge in building management.
• Good communication skill especially in negotiation skill
• High integrity
• Proactive and self-starter,  can perform well with minimum supervisory and guidance
• Entrepreneurship skill.
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.

5. Head of Student Affairs (HSA – SSE)

Requirements:

• Master degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Head/Manager of Student Affairs in a university.
• Excellent proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Good experience in establishing and promoting Alumni Center
• Good experience in establishing and promoting Student Creativity Center
• Good experience in establishing and promoting Character Building program, Counseling, and Career Center
• Good Experience in establishing new relationship with external parties (including partners e.g. other universities, external customers e.g. high schools or Pemda, public, sponsor, donor) as well as manage and improve the existing relationships.
• Able to become the ambassador of the SSE (including managing PR and Internal Communication activities)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill particularly on negotiation skill
• Extrovert, creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

6. Head of ICT Department (HI-SSE)

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree in area of IT / ICT / Computer Science / Electronics (majoring IT)
• Minimum 2 years of  experience as Head/Manager of ICT organization unit
• Excellent knowledge, skill and hands-on experience of developing and implementing IT Architecture, IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure, IT Security and required IT Software particularly on those related to internet, data transfer, on-line application, video conferencing, etc
• Creative, proactive, out-of-the-box thinking and always updated with the latest update in ICT world
• Compliance to the IT policy and procedure (particularly on IT Security)
• Strong integrity (able to manage highly confidential data)
• Experience with organization data back-up and DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning)
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Good network with ICT practioner and expert both local and overseas.

7. ICT Officer (OI-SSE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in area of IT / ICT / Computer Science / Electronics (majoring IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Officer.
• Good Experience in LAN infrastructure, operating systems, data base applications, computer programming language.
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.

8. ICT Staff (SI-SSE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in area of IT / ICT / Computer Science / Electronics (majoring IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Staff
• Good Experience in LAN infrastructure and operating systems
• Good English skill both spoken and written
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.
