Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Follow up and contact prospect customer as defined by telesales.
• Update and listed prospective customer.
• Conduct initial meeting with customer.
• Conduct solution meeting and project scooping at customer.
• Prepare proposal and quotation based on final project scooping.
• Proposal presentation and submission to customer.
• Follow up proposal and quotation to customer to get the approval.
• Prepare project agreement coordinated with legal person.
• Project agreement submission to customer before the project start.
• Monitoring project.
• Monitoring A/R (payment from customer).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Marketing area and good IT literacy.
• Creative mindset and willing to learn (variety of new things).
• Very good internet & computer operation knowledge (Ms. Office, PDF, Email).
• Preferable already have a good sense on business manner.
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and maintain good relation with both internal member and external business partner.
• Willing to work under pressure or (Tough environment).
• English speaking & writing is a must.
• Maximum 30 years old.
