Account Receivable Supervisor

Job description

  1. Process travel agencies’ commissions.
  2. Assist the Financial Manager in the collection of accounts directly from the debtors.
  3. Prepare summary of “Charge Backs “and returned checks.
  4. Prepare the necessary journal entries affecting accounts receivable.
  5. Send billing statements to clients (this task may be assigned to the accounting staff).
  6. File sales contracts by category and customer’s names alphabetically.
  7. Prepare the monthly aging schedule and other reports that may be required by management.
  8. Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
  9. Must know how to operate PMS hotel, Excel and Microsoft Word.
  10. Must have education in basic accounting, preferably with certificate

Requirement:

  • Experience minimum in the sector: 2 years
  • Level of Education:  A Level (Baccalaureat)
  • Areas of study:    other
  • Languages essential: English
  • Essential requirements: VHP Hotel System
