We are looking for a bright individual to assist the senior Vice President to plan, organize, run and control the process of Human Capital Development. The Assistant Vice President has the responsibility to run the Training Camp and the School and lead the instructions to procedure the best quality of Access Controller, Team Leader, Supervisors, Superintendents and Senior Superintendent in the field. The candidate should be a mature who speaks English very well, posses good interpersonal skill, experience in Human Resources Management and or Training & Development for 5 years. We are looking for person who versatile and adaptable, discipline and organized.
