General Job Description and related Qualification;
1. Aviation Technical Advisor
Job Description and related Qualification:
- Accountable for safe Aviation operations
- Accountable to monitor, review and provide safety & technical advice and feedback for improvement and risks mitigation of Project aviation operation
- Accountable to influence and drive safety programs and awareness on Aviation activities
- Support GDP 3,7-0001 and OMS gap assessments
- Review and revisions of local aviation policies and procedures
- Anticipate, identify, evaluate, and review aviation safely performance and practices to ensure that the HSE & aviation safety performance standards are implemented in compliance with all government regulations, corporate policies, OGP Aviation, Management Guidelines, and OEM & Industry standards
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of control methods, standard practices, and implementation of HSE & aviation safety performance standards
- Provide technical aviation expertise and provide risk assessment in aviation operations, planning, and contracting
2. Aviation Operation Supervisor
Job Description and related Qualification:
- Accountable for safe Aviation operations
- Conduct daily oversight of flight operations and scheduling
- Charter and coordinates ad hoc and VIP flights
- Ensure flight operations are conducted within the scope of the GDP
- Area authority (AA) on Control of Work system for Project airport area. Ensure consistent CoW implemented at Project airport area
- Handling TSAR and Vantage OPB system, flight scheduling, daily flight manifesting and passenger notification for aviation intra Papua operation
- Implementation of HSE Management program for Aviation operation, include but not limited to: operation procedure and emergency procedure socialization, HSE reporting system, HSE information, HSE training, Permit to Work system, and scheduled Emergency drill
- Monitoring terminal building, hangar, powerhouse and others Aviation Supporting Facilities in good and serviceable condition
Essential Criteria and Qualification;
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant background (AVOS)
- Minimum of 12 years experience in various roles in the operation and maintenance of fixed wing & rotary wing aircraft (AVTA)
- Graduate of an Aviation Technical College or Aerospace Engineering University, or equivalent International flying experience with at least one Airline Transport Rating (AVTA)
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, holds an appropriate AME license of equivalent qualifications, accumulative experience at line maintenance, heavy maintenance, quality assurance and engineering (AVTA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience within oil and gas operation and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation industry
- Posses relevant aviation safety and operation training certificates (HLO, DGR, SMS, CRM, Basic Fire Fighting, Fuel quality, Airworthiness course, Weather Observation, etc) – (AVOS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential Hold previous experience on supervisory role
- Good knowledge in aircraft quality assurance process and standards Knowledge of airport operation, general aviation operations and regulations
- Good knowledge in aviation safety management system
- Good knowledge of ICAO Annex; FAA; CM and DGAR CASR codes
- Good computer skills and be fluent in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Work, Power Point, and Outlook is mandatory
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, English TOEIC levels shall be 700 or higher Good knowledge of Oil & Gas operations and associated safety and environmental aspects, as well as, current HSE Management Systems
