Brand Manager
Job Description:
- Category/Brand Management.
- Define strategic and operational plan to achieve growth and profitability ambition for the brand.
- Responsible for performance of assigned brands/n terms of volume achievement and profitability versus target.
- Ensure brand communication contributes to enhancing overall value of the brand among target consumers, customers within a channel enabling achievement of target market share.
- Conduct feasibility study for new business concepts and products or renovate current products with inputs from various functional teams.
- Implement action plans to ensure sales growth.
- Create a strong brand image among customers and business partners.
- Able to plan and execute product launches to both internal and external parties.
- Maintaining good working relationships with external business associates – buyers and suppliers.
- Carry out market research planning and implementation to gather market insights and intelligences.
- Effective Staff Management leading to in engaged and motivated workforce.
- Effective Inventory management and control.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and SOPS.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma with at least 2-4 years relevant working experience.
- Minimum 1 year of solid supervisory experience in managing a brand in the dynamic retail industry.
- Possess strong leadership with self confidence and strong communication skills to be able to manage team independently.
- Possess strong analytical skills and constantly aware of market and brands’ updates.
- Dynamic and proactive in motivating the team to meet sales targets.
- Well groomed with a pleasant disposition and is well versed in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint.
- Able to speak English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
