Aims to facilitate the development of inventive and innovative technologies on water, energy, health, agriculture and biodiversity that can improve productivity, efficiency and livelihood of the communities. INOTEK is currently recruiting the following positions and qualifications:

Business Coordinator (BC)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in small & medium enterprise development, business planning, marketing and promotion, micro-finance, and fund raising. Preferably with technology development experience.
  • Minimum S1 degree in finance or business administration.
  • Wide network with finance and investment, business association, and private corporations.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promotion and Outreach Coordinator (POC)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional and
  • program outreach, marketing and promotion, event management, and fund raising, preferably in NGOs or international organizations.
  • Minimum S1 degree in marketing, public relation, or social science.
  • Wide network with business association and private corporations.
  • Excellent presentation, media relation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Program Officer (PO)

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, technology development, and engineering, preferably in NGOs or international organizations.
  • Minimum S1 degree in mechanical or agricultural engineering.

General Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English , both writing and speaking.
  • Good computer skill, and willing to travel.
  • Pleasant personality, highly motivated and good team-work.
