Call Centre Officer (CCO)
Handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customer. This position reports to

Call Centre Team Leader.

  • University (Sl) graduate from any major
  • Experience in similar position will be an advantage

Call Centre Officer Team Leader (CCO-TL)

  • Manage a team of Call Centre Officers. This position reports to Call Centre Supervisor
  • University (S1) graduate from any major
  • Have at least 1 year experience in similar position

Service Improvement Officer (SIO)
Perform service improvement projects for call centre and quality monitoring. This position reports to Service Improvement Team Leader.

  • University (SI) graduate from any major
  • Have at least 1 year experience in similar position

Authorization Officer (AO)
Handle authorization requests from other bank, fraud monitoring and phone inquiries from customers. This position reports to Authorization Team Leader

  • University (S1) graduate from any major
  • Have at least 1 year experience in similar position
