Call Centre Officer Team Leader (CCO-TL)
- Manage a team of Call Centre Officers. This position reports to Call Centre Supervisor
- University (S1) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 year experience in similar position
Service Improvement Officer (SIO)
Perform service improvement projects for call centre and quality monitoring. This position reports to Service Improvement Team Leader.
- University (SI) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 year experience in similar position
Authorization Officer (AO)
Handle authorization requests from other bank, fraud monitoring and phone inquiries from customers. This position reports to Authorization Team Leader
- University (S1) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 year experience in similar position
