1. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
- Have minimum 10 years experience working in financial industry
- Have an excellent understanding of corporate valuation methodology
- Have a strong analytical skill
- Manage Bank profitability
- Adhere to accounting standards, tax and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure safeguarding of Bank’s assets
- Direct accounting department activities
2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER & FEE BASE BUSINESS MANAGER
- Responsible for the following areas; General Banking Products, Fee Base Product, Environment, Youth Activities
- Have an expertise in developing innovative banking products suitable for bank’s business plan
- Understand marketing strategy and techniques
- Self-driven, creative attitudes, excellent communication skills, orally and written
- Ability to work under pressure and have good organizational skill
- Committed to continuous improvement, detail and result oriented
- Promote, create and implement promotional actions for banking products
3. SENIOR CREDIT OFFICER
- At least 10 years experience in Credit Risk Management within a commercial bank
- Good understanding of all credit legal aspects and Bank Indonesia Regulations
- Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
- Ability to approve sound credit proposal based on proper analysis
- Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationship with business partners
- High integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
4. RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER
- At least 5 years working experience with demonstrated hands-on experience in banking operation and financial analysis Finance/Accounting qualification like CPA or ACCA is preferred
- Strong aptitude in research and analytical studies Interacting proactively with sales and marketing team, business management and other groups to provide value-added service to the management team.
- In-depth understanding of risk management in various banking operations
5. ACCOUNT OFFICER &TEAM LEADER
- Having min 5 years experience in microfinance and SME businesses
- Used to work with financial target as a, Key Performance Indicator: Loan Portfolio, Fee Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and Audit Rating
- Strong financial analysis knowledge in interpreting all forms of financial data Strong credit risk assessment skill
- Willing to work under pressure
General Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
- Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization.
- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
