Our portfolio consists of several companies in energy, shipping, property, fashion and mobile survey & research. We are building a team of professionals with extensive experience in transactions as well as developing businesses.
1) Corporate Finance VP
- Master Degree or MBA from top tier overseas schools or University Indonesia (UI) or Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) is required.
- Min 5 years experience in Corporate Finance and M & A.
- Strong numeric and reasoning skills, together with an understanding of accounting and financial concepts, are essential to success in the role.
- Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to report and communicate at all levels within an organization.
2) Corporate Finance Associate
- Bachelor Degree from top tier overseas schools or UI or ITB is required, preferably in Business Finance.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Finance: expertise in financial analysis and valuation modeling.
- Excellent computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) are a must.
3) Project Manager for Survey and Research
- Bachelor Degree from top tier overseas schools or UI, or ITB or IPB is required, preferably in statistic, math or business
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and project management, preferably in Research Company.
- Excellent computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) are a must.
