With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Sangatta Mine Project, East Kalimantan as a Drill & Blast Quality Engineer.

Reporting to the Senior Drill Blast Engineer, you will ensure drill design are followed by operation; ensure drill and blast design are implemented; ensure recording and reporting explosives and blasting accessories usage are correct and on time; promote continues improvement on drilling and blasting quality; preparing data explosives usage for analyzing and reconciling proposes as well as blasting accessories; actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times; communicate openly and honestly.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Mining Engineering Degree, with minimum of 1 year experience as Drill & Blast Engineer. The candidate should understanding on basic drilling operation & blasting technique; mining software/CAD, Shotplus; familiar with designing drill and blast; leading the team and explosives handling; SIM A; Having strong motivation, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
