We are Nickel Mining Company in Indonesia. We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

1. EXPLORATION MANAGER (Code: EXPLOR)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
• Posses POU certificate
• Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
• Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

2. GEOLOGIST (Code: GEO)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
• Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
• Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper)
• Able to make a progress repot of exploration
• Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
• Good physical health and able to work in a team
• To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

3. SITE MANAGER (Code: SITE)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Minimum 8 (seven) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
• Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
• Posses minimum POM certificate
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

4. LOADING MASTER / ASST. LOADING MASTER (Code: LOAD)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards
• Degree from Marine Academy
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Posses minimum ANT 4 / Deck Officer Class 4
• Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
• Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
• Coordinate with chief officer at mother vessel about stowage plan
• Monitoring loading point (anchorage)
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code: MPE)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
• Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
• Good understanding about HSE / K3
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Capable of operating mining software such as Surpac, Microlink, AutoCAD
• Will be located in Halmahera Island, with rotation schedule

6. SAFETY OFFICER (Code: SAFE)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

7. LABORATORY SUPERINTENDNET (Code: LAB)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience as mineral analyst
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
• Responsible for mining quality
• Familiar with laboratory instruments, especially X-Ray Fluorescence and Atomic Absorption Spectrometer
• Familiar with Japanese Industrial Standard: JISM 8100, M 8126
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
• Good understanding about Safety / K3
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

8. EXCAVATOR / DUMP TRUCK OPERATOR (Code: A2B)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in related field, preferably from mining company or Construction Company
• Having BII driving license
• Having SKCK letter
• Able to drive all kind of heavy duty equipment (dump truck / excavator / grader / bulldozer) from various brand and type (Japanese, Europe)
• Passed color blindness test
• Understanding about Safety procedure
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

9. GRADE CONTROL SUPERVISOR (Code: GRADE)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
• Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
• Responsible for the stockpiles
• Good understanding about HSE / K3
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

10. MAINTENANCE PLANNER (Code: PLANNER)

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years as maintenance planner, preferably from mining company or heavy equipment company
• Minimum High School from mechanical / automotive / electrical
• Computer literate in using Ms. Office & Internet
• Able to make maintenance schedule for various type of heavy duty equipment (dump truck / excavator / dozer / ADT / compactor)
• Able to make report for spare parts stock and use
• Able to identify problems and make a repair action or preventive action
• Good understanding about HSE / K3
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
