PT TEKNIKA REGULINDO ASIA (TRA) an Oil & Gas Consulting Company are seeking qualified and experienced personnel for operation and maintenance activities at onshore Oil & Gas Fields and Terminal installations in Abu Dhabi, UEA for the following positions:

POSITIONS

  10. Sr. Mechanical Support Engineer (Code: MSE)
  11. Sr. Operation Production Engineer (Code: OPE)
  12. Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Code: ME)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Position 1,2,and 3

  • 1. Carries out day to day preventive, corrective and break down maintenance activities in assigned field
  • 2. Receives maintenance work orders and repair work requests, determines priorities in conjunction with supervisor, identifies and orders required materials, spares and equipment, liaises with counterparts in Operations to release desired equipment and plant and execute work on site and/or in workshop.
  • 3. Ensures availability of adequate level of consumable material and spares in local store and arranges for delivery of materials from Company’s general stores.
  • 4. Troubleshoots various process/systems/equipment operational problems and consults with supervisor and colleagues as required.
  • 5. May assist and participate in complex maintenance and repair activities carried out by specialists as required.
  • 6. Participates in shutdown and major overhaul activities by carrying out shutdown preparation, data collection and condition monitoring duties as assigned by Senior Support Engineers.
  • 7. Implements and observes the Company’s HSE policies and procedures.

B. Position 4
1. Carries out day to day preventive, corrective and break down maintenance activities on field facilities, surface production equipments and sand tracks in assigned field.
2. Uses workshop facilities and supervises lifting operations using lifting equipment and carries out sand clearance / excavation activities using man power and any other mechanical plant or equipment in assigned field.
3. Receive maintenance work orders, determining priorities and application of appropriate standard procedures in conjunction with Operations engineer, identifying and ordering required materials / spares / equipment, liaising with counterparts in operations to obtain release of equipment for maintenance, preparing necessary work permits, and executing work on site and/or in workshop.
4. Ensures availability of adequate level of consumable materials and spares in local store and arranges for delivery of materials from Company’s general stores.
5. Troubleshoots various process maintenance and operation problems and consults with Operations engineer and colleagues as required.
6. May assist and participate in complex maintenance and repairs activities carried out by specialists, as required.
7. Participate in shutdown activities and in preparation of equipment for internal inspection, involving steaming, cleaning, desludging and condition monitoring duties as assigned by Operations Engineers.
8. Implements and observes the Company’s HSE policies and procedures

C. Position 5
1. Carry out a variety of duties to maintain the efficient and safe operation of various terminal facilities to ensure receipt, storage and export of products are carried out in accordance with established quotas and specifications.
2. Monitoring the receipt, storage, measurements and export of crude Oil/Pentane Plus/condensate and residue injection, off take to Ruwais
Refinery; starting/stopping loading operations locally and/or through control console; calculating cargoes loaded; monitoring and/or carry out Heavy Oil/Sludge/Water dips and gas tests when required; and preparing/checking related documentation.
3. Read, record and transmit meteorological data.
4. Participates in maintenance, project and shutdown activities by preparing equipment for isolation, shutdown and start up before and after work commencement and completion.
5. Carry out and ensures all work is performed in accordance with established safety rules and regulations.

D. Position 6
1. Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to instrumentation and control systems in assigned field
2. Generating preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, setting priorities, determining appropriate standard procedures, ensuring availability of required materials, spares and equipment, assigning subordinates, liaising with operations to release equipment and plant and with other maintenance supervisors to coordinate work activities, endorses necessary work orders and work permits, and supervising the actual execution of work on site and or in workshop.
3. Carries out complex maintenance and repairs.
4. Investigates and troubleshoots maintenance problems, implements the Company’s permit to work procedures.
5. Supervises all maintenance work carried out in the control workshop and ensures availability and operability of all workshop machines and equipment.
6. Liaises with the Work Planning personnel on timely updating of related maintenance activities.
7. Ensures that HSE policies, procedures and programs are implemented and strictly adhered to in his area of responsibility.

E. Position 7
1. Supervises, monitors and controls the safe and efficient operations for the receipt, storage, measurement and loading of crude oil.
2. Directs regular crude oil sampling and testing to ensure crude specifications are adhered to.
3. Coordinates maintenance and shutdown requirements to ensure operation of assigned facilities is running smoothly and in synch with export requirements.
4. liaises with various parties inside and outside Company to coordinate import/export activities including field operations, oil movement, SPC,
Ruwais Refinery, ship agents, shipmasters, loading contractors, independent surveyors, etc.
5. Supervises the timely preparation of a variety of activity reports and documentation.
6. Assists in developing the Department’s capital and operating budget and monitors expenditure. Ensures all work is carried out in accordance with HSE rules and regulations.
7. Ensures that subordinates are fully familiar with HSE requirements and procedures, and that HSE rules are strictly observed.
8. Takes charge of operations in case of emergencies and contacts emergency team as soon as possible.

F. Position 8,9 and 10
1. Plans and establishes preventive and major overhaul maintenance schedules and resources in assigned field.
2. Establishing maintenance frequency; establishing and standardizing materials, spares, equipment and tools required for cost effective maintenance work; initiating procurement of supplies and ensuring availability of economical stock levels; directing and participating in the compilation of competent plant and equipment maintenance data for review and analysis to establish reliability, ensure availability of equipment, investigate and prevent recurring problems.
3. Raises/ reviews plant modifications and liaises with operations and engineering personnel to ensure acceptance and timely implementation of related projects.
4. Provides expert advice to operations on maintenance issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
5. Prepares scope of work for maintenance contracts.
6. Reviews and comments on specific aspects of all engineering projects undertaken in assigned field including preparation of statement of requirements, reviewing scope of work, technical specification, tender document, conceptual, basic and detailed engineering design packages.
7. Participates in commissioning, start up and handover activities and comments on the maintainability of new plant and equipment.
8. Assess suitability of new equipment/ technology and witnesses their trials.
9. Liaises with the Work Planning personnel on timely updating of related equipment in the system.
10. Ensures all activities are carried out in a safe, timely, efficient and cost effective manner to maximize plant availability and meet production/injection/export targets.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Completion SMA/STM followed by 3 years full time training leading to a Diploma in related positions with minimum 5 years experiences in operation and maintenance in oil/gas/power or related industry (Position No. 1,2,3,4,5)
2. Completion SMA/STM followed by 3 years full time training leading to a Diploma in related positions and minimum 10 years experiences in an oil and gas producing Company as per related positions, OR B.Sc. in relevant engineering as per positions and minimum 7 years experiences working in an oil and gas producing Company (Position No. 6 and 7)
3. B.Sc. in relevant engineering as per related positions and minimum 7 years experiences working in an oil and gas producing Company (Position No. 8,9,10,11 and 12)
4. Having excellent oral and written English skills
5. Would be assigned in Abu Dhabi, UAE and ability to work with different cultures
