1. Manager Operation Supply Chain, Based in Balikpapan Support Office (Job No.795598)
Responsible for this position to manage all TCI supply chain operations systems and activities for Kalimantan area to support TCI projects in achieving TCI objectives. The scope of role will include but not be limited to develop and maintain Supply Chain Systems and infrastructure; technology or practice with demonstrated benefits; provide support to all beneficiaries of Supply chain and oversee and constantly improve the Supply Chain data management system to ensure it enables the most effective, efficient and measurable.
2. Senior Supervisor Warehouse, based at Melak Mine Project (Job No. 794575)
Responsible to manage all activities in site Warehouse if Superintendent Supply Chain is in absence, monitor and coordinate all site Procurement activities to ensure the correct method in the procurement of materials required by Plant and Project
3. Senior Supervisor Inventory Control, based in Balikpapan (Job No. 803228)
Responsible to lead and managing Inventory control section to ensure stock availability and accuracy in all site warehouse, provide best supporting for proper JDE Inventory transactions and maintain TCI cataloguing in order to achieve acceptable level of service performances; reduce dead stock and monitoring slow moving stock; acceptable Inventory Turn Over as per target; preventive actions for uncertain demand & Lead Time.
4. Senior Supervisor Procurement, based in Jakarta (Job No.806737)
Responsible to coordinate, planning and controlling all Procurement activities for tender and project execution; Managing project procurement and contract for TCI Project; Tender support for new project and construction; Project Logistics Management for material sourced and distribution
5. Contract Specialist – Housing, Relocation, Inspection, based in Jakarta (Jon No.806751)
Responsible to prepare contract for housing and building lease ; liaise with the internal customer on any requirement prior to the start date of house and building lease; responsible in contract progress monitoring including the delivery of services and its change orders:
negotiate with house and building owners on contractual disputes.
6. Contract Specialist – Long & Spot Hire Vehicle, based in Jakarta (Job. No.805078)
Responsible to prepare contract document/letters for Long and Spot hire Light Vehicle contract responsible in contract progress monitoring including the delivery of product/services and its change orders; negotiate with suppliers and sites on contractual disputes.
7. Expeditor, based in Jakarta (Job No.807099)
Responsible to Monitor and ensure vendor supply and delivery comply with all terms and condition in Purchase Order; Ensure material supply from Supply Chain Vendor align with project schedule; Communicate with project team for vendor progress and delivery. Coordinate with logistics team to arrange delivery to Site.
8. Specialist Purchasing, based In Jakarta (Job No.807100)
Responsible to purchase all required material and searching a competitive price, availability and quality; Provide actively the commercial data to estimating team for bid purpose. preliminary procurement survey to start up the project and executing of procurement activities for construction and infrastructure project.
9. Administration Supply Chain, based in Jakarta (Job No.80701 02)
Responsible to manage project administration, monthly report, assign order request and invoice; develop vendor’s data Management system; Managing procurement document and organize the filling.
Requirements:
• Degree in Management or Master Degree in Management or MBA (preferred); 10 years’ experience in a supply chain environment; minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in senior supervisory/management role (1).
• Degree in Mechanical, CMI, Industrial Engineering with 8-10 years’ experience as supervisor or senior role in warehouse and distribution, Logistic Operations. Inventory Control (2.3. and 5).
• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Management with 5 years’ experience in similar role (4.6,7.8 and 9).
• You should have skill in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistic Management, JDE Inventory Management System, Leadership and Team Building, Problem solving, proficient with cost control measures and procurement process.
• Familiar with EPC & Infrastructure project will be an advantage (3~6,7 & 8)
• Master in Spread Sheet Application; good communication skill, interaction internal/external parties.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Fluent in English both oral as well written and computer literacy
