Expression of Interest – Tabang Coal Upgrading Plant (TCUP)

One of our project, located in Tabang, East Kalimantan is required the staff positions to enable the operation of the facility to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for 7,000 operating hours per annum. The process plant upgrades low rank sub-bituminous through a drying and agglomerating million tones per annum. The TCUP facility also has a small coal fired power station to supply energy to the TCUP.
FIELD OPERATORS (Job No. 531109)
Reporting to Shift Supervisors (and Control Room Operators), You will continually check all control conditions are set and production levels are maintained according to instructions and complete operator log sheets; Carried out field inspection of process and process equipment according to procedures; Ensure ROM coal stockpiles and product out loading activities required to maintain the process are as directed by Shift Supervisor; Report any abnormal sample readings or plant function to Shift Supervisor; Monitor dust and air quality at designated intervals; Carry out maintenance tasks and housekeeping as per housekeeping schedules; carry out sampling regimes; Replenish consumables to ensure area is sufficiently stocked for designated lead time; Ensure all budgets, schedules, manpower, spares etc are reported to Site Manager on a monthly basis.
To be successful, You must have minimum 15 years experience within the mining/mineral processing industry; Engineering degree, Diploma, recognized trade certification or relevant industry experience; Strong continuous improvement and change management capabilities; Sound understanding of process operation management principles; Previous experience in the preparation and execution of business planning processes including budgets; HSE certification is desirable but not essential.
