In order to supports its business expansion in Karawang – West Java, Bekaert is looking for talents to fill the following position:
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Your role
- Organize, lead, and manage the Finance and Accounting Department.
- Supervise and coach a number of sub-ordinates within the Department.
- Develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure a sound Internal Control system are in place.
- Produce financial reports in conformity with the group accounting standards.
- Provide in-depth analysis in the company’s financial position.
Your Profile
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with GPA 3.0 or above.
- Have a minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial environment or as an Auditor in a Public Accounting Firm.
- Excellent English speaking & writing ability and proficient in MS Office.
- Have good teamwork, service orientation, result oriented, works systematically and well organized.
- Able to work under pressure and meet the reporting deadline.
- Having experience in using SAP will certainly be an added advantage.
