The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria Secretarial of CCM Indonesia
FINANCE OFFICER
Based in Jakarta, the Finance Officer will be responsible for
- Routine financial budgets of CCM Indonesia
- Preparation of CCM budgets and expenditures
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date files or financial records and transactions
- Assist with internal and external dudes as needed
- Administer employee files and records on financial management
- Financial management capacity building within the CCM Secretariat which include drafting a financial management guideline
- Prepare monthly and annual financial report to the Executive Secretary and CCM Indonesia and perform the related duties as required
Qualifications
- master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting. Baseless Administration or other relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a financial management capacity with multi/bilateral organizations and/or national or international NGOs A first degree and significantly more work experience would be considered in lieu of a masters degree
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with financial management software packages
- Significant experience with financial and administrative reporting systems Experience with designing and suiting up financial management systems for NGO’s is preferred
- Good organizational skills, and exceptional problem solving abides
- Detail oriented and flexible
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Additional professional qualifications (ICAN ACCA, ANAN, etc) would an advantage
