1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG / SITE MANAGER

Qualification:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
• Posses POU certificate
• Computer literate in using MS office & Internet
• Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to manage both natural resources & human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

2. GEOLOGIST

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
• Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
• Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCAD)
• Able to make a progress repot of exploration
• Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
• Good physical health and able to work in a team
• To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

3. DRILLER

Qualification:

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining industry, preferable in mineral exploration
• Minimum high school degree
• Able to operate drilling machine for deep drilling (500 meter)
• Good knowledge about safety / K3 procedure
• Good physical health and able to work in a team
• To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

4. MINE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
• Good understanding about Safety / K3 procedures
• Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Leadership and people management skills
• Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve target
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

5. LOADING MASTER / ASSISTANT LOADING MASTER

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards
• Degree from Marine Academy
• Posses minimum ANT III / Deck Officer Class 3
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
• Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from stockpile to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
• Coordinate with chief officer at mother vessel about stowage plan
• Monitoring loading point (anchorage)
• 10. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

6. PORT CAPTAIN / ASSISTANT PORT CAPTAIN

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards
3. Degree from Marine Academy
4. Posses minimum ANT IV / Deck Officer Class 4
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
7. Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
8. Manage all port activities covered in weight bridge, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transshipment & quality assurance with effective & efficiency manner
9. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

7. MARINE SAFETY OFFICER

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience as safety officer in shipping company or shipyard
• Degree from faculty of marine merchant academy, public health, or transportation engineering
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Posses AK3 certificate and knowledge SMK3 system
• Good knowledge about QMS on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Having knowledge ISPS – Code and ISM
• Monitoring safety movement of all fleet (from stock yard to tug/barges, Mother Vessel, Floating Cranes) and also monitoring of dry dock
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
• Accountable for reporting all type accident (Fatality, LTI, Medical Aid, First Aid, Property Damage, Near Miss and Fire)
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

8. FUEL/BBM SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry
• Degree from faculty of management, logistic or related field
• Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
• Monitoring quality and quantity fuel supply at mining site
• Monitoring and maintain fuel station and fuel truck at mining site
• Monitoring fuel crew and heavy equipment movement at mining site
• Ensure optimum inventory level of fuel usage, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize loss or waste
• Well understanding about Safety / K3
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

9. LOGISTIC/WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining or heavy equipment industry
• Minimum D3 from related field
• Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
• Posses good knowledge about supply chain
• Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
• Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report for material consumption and stock
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

10. MECHANIC HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT

Qualification:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry
• Minimum High School from mechanical, electric or automotive
• Able to perform troubleshooting, assembly & disassembly, general overhaul maintenance and daily service to any kind of heavy duty equipment such as: dump truck, excavator, dozer, grader and vibro from various brand (Japanese, Europe and China)
• Well knowledge about safety / K3 procedure
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
