HC Performance Manager (Code: HCP-1002)

  • Driving and monitoring the performance management process across the firm, leading improvement on performance management system and development projects
  • Conducting projects on Code of Conduct and Coaching initiatives based on the Firm and Human Capital strategy

HC Talent Manager (Code: HCT-1002)

  • Driving and monitoring talent management initiatives and projects, i.e. graduate recruitment, talent mapping, global mobility.
  • Actively involved in developing new talent management projects based on the Firm and Human Capital strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Management/Psychology/Business or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources areas mentioned above preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong exposure and sound knowledge in performance or talent management, compensation and benefit, organization development, competency-based human capital strategy
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision and to manage multitasks
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written
