The HR Assistant will primarily support the HRRM Cards Business in administering day to day HR needs in sourcing, learning & development, not limited to other HR functions as needed by the business. Your main focus will be on outsourcing employees. You will liaise with ANZ Careers in implementing recruitment process aligned with ANZ for outsourced staff. You will also liaise with the business to help in sourcing candidates, including implementing learning and training plans for outsourced staff and ensuring periodic technical trainings for the out region. Additionally, you would be required to maintain records for recruitment, training database & administration.
Qualifications
Candidates with the right energy and a passion for excellence combined with good project management and collaborative skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ideally, you will have a minimum one year experience in Recruitment & Training support, preferably in the banking industry. HR Generalist experience at a junior level adds value. A Bachelor’s degree in Management/Psychology/Business Administration proves advantageous.
