We are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates that will be assigned at our subsidiaries, to occupy the following positions:-
HRD Manager, Supervisor, Foreman (HRD MGR, SPV, FM)
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 40 years old (MGR), 27 – 35 years old (SPV), 24 – 28 years old (FM).
- Bachelors Degree from Law, Management, Technical Industry, or Psychology.
- At least 5 years working experience in Coal Mining (MGR), 3 – 5 years (SPV), at least 2 years (FM).
- Capable to develop and introduce HR policies and procedures.
- Having depth knowledge of organizational skill, strong managerial, good in communication, analytical, good in team work and leadership skill.
- Dedicated, responsible, loyal and ready to work under pressure.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Placement in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur (MGR), and Jobsite (SPV & FM).
