PT. 1. HSE OFFICER
Requirement:
- Male/Female, age max 28 years old of age,
- Minimum Diploma III,
- Minimum 1‐2 years industrial experience in HSE in Mining, Bulking, stations/terminal, or Oil & Gas industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To maintain all safety equipments/ safety appliances,
- To conduct implementation HSE System,
- To conduct on investigation incident or accident,
- To conduct familiarize / induction with Safety policy to new member or guest.
2. Purchasing & Logistic Officer
Requirement:
- Male/Female, age max. 35 years old,
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in related disciplines from reputable universities,
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences in marine contractor and mining works,
- Well knowledge on major materials needed for Project (will be advantage),
- Understanding of the combined functions of logistics, sourcing, inventory control, transportation, receiving, inspection, storekeeping and disposal operations and its compliance aspects (local and international) is necessary.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To support all departments within the company by providing/purchase goods/services requested at reasonable cost and delivery time,
- To organize and maintain all record & documentation (PR, PO, Quotation, etc),
- Coordinating the procurement cycle of specific products/services for all departments,
- Assist in identifying inventory items,
- Responsible for overseeing the day to day logistic operation by working along with various department,
- Handling, documenting and monitoring all outgoing goods,
- Giving reports about warehouse activities and the stocks at least once a week, to Maintenance Superintendent or Purchasing Manager.
3. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER STAFF
Requirement:
- Female, Age max. 25 years old,
- Port and Shipping Management background.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring ship documents related to CLASS,
- Coordinating with class surveyors, technical, operation & safety department for the successful implementation of the survey,
- Coordinate with the SEA COM Department for the renewal of the flagship document Indonesia,
- Ensure that the ship document is valid and no exemption.
4. CREWING OFFICER
Requirement:
- Male/Female, age maximum 30 years old,
- Minimum Diploma III, majoring in Port and Shipping Management,
- Experience in handling crewing manning or agency.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and processing crew documents,
- Assist Crewing Superintendent to recruitment crew,
- Assist Crewing Superintendent to monitoring and evaluation crew,
- Reporting to related parties.
5. PORT CAPTAIN
Requirement:
- Male, age maximal 30 years old,
- Minimum DIII, majoring in Nautical/ ANT III (Preferably fresh graduate).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure loading coal from port to barge,
- Ensure transshipment process from barge to mother vessel,
- Handling vessel crew request,
- Monitoring crew performance on the vessel.
6. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Requirement:
- Female, age max. 30 years old,
- Minimum DIII, majoring in Business Administration (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Administer & back up data files in office,
- Data Input,
- Data Collecting.
7. HR OFFICER
Requirement:
- Male/Female, age maximal 30 years old,
- Minimum Bachelor in Management,
- At least two years HR generalist experience,
- Solid up- to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Role & Responsibility:
- Proactively identifying needed improvements to systems and procedures in line with changing legislation,
- Devising, implementing and reviewing policies, procedures and contractual documentation,
- Administering remuneration process and Industrial Relation activity,
- Primary day-to-day HR support to staff.
8. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF
Requirement:
• Female, age max 25 years old,
• Min Bachelor in Accounting,
• At least one years general accounting experience.
Role & Responsibility:
- Prepare, verify and process invoice and coding payment document,
- Maintain listing of account receivable,
- Prepare and remit source deduction payroll tax.
General Requirement:
- Fluent in English both oral & written,
- Computer literacy (min. MS Office),
- Willing to be place at East Kalimantan Island,
- Willing to travel to all Company Site.
