Indonesian Regulatory Specialist
An opportunity exists for an Indonesian Regulatory Specialist for a period totaling 30 days between January and March 2011 to review regulations relating to international trade in services, to assist in preparing a report and to brief Ministry of Trade and AIPEG staff on the outcomes The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the following skills and attributes
- Five years or more of experience in legal practice or a corporate law environment
- Two years of experience in analysis of Indonesian regulation relating to business, investment or international trade in services
- Demonstrated understanding of international trade in services issues and relevant trade agreements
- Demonstrated experience of working in teams
- Proven ability to deliver accurate analysis while working to tight deadlines
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and oral)
- Excellent written communication skills.
