IT Coordinator
Job description and roles :
- Main contact for local user IT support and corporate IT support organization
- Providing local user IT related problem investigation, assistance and resolution
- Doing end users equipment (laptop, desktop, linux/windows workstation, mobile devices) and software installation, upgrade, replacement and removal
- Handing problem resolution (investigation, “first aid” troubleshoot, escalation to related corporate IT support team or vendor, “long-arm” of corporate IT support team) of IT infrastructure, printing system, server room equipment, A/V meeting room equipment, LAN / WAN, Telecommunication, and all IT related hardware and software or system
- Perform IT procurement process tasks and coordination with corporate procurement groups
- Coordinate and deliver campaign and workshop to socialize IT related initiatives (Information Management, Information Security, IT system and tools, DRP, IT projects, etc)
- Perform local IT routines and operation tasks (DRP, offsite tape retrieval/collection, report and documentation, etc)
- Acting and performing tasks as LIC onshore and local RIM
- Performing IT inventory tasks and routines
- Local password database administrator
- Backup person for local CCURE system administration
- Backup person for local office M&E operation and maintenance
Minimum Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years working experiences in related field, preferably that has experience in KKKS IT industry, with at least 3 years of experience in computer (hardware, software, network, security) installation, repair, and upgrades
- Ability to communicate professionally with an acceptable use of English and spelling
- Good and strong technical knowledge of
- PC and its operating system (Microsoft Windows and Linux)
- End user equipment (BYOD)
- Server and storage technology and architecture
- Networking and security
- Telecommunication (PBX, PSTN, GSM, VSAT, etc)
- Internet and WAN
- Sharepoint and other collaboration tools (Lync, remote access, etc)
- Visualization and collaboration meeting room technology and architecture
- Audio / video conferencing system
- Having knowledge and experience with O&G GGR applications system related and architecture (will be prioritized)

- Holding some IT Certifications will be an advantage
- Ability to analyze complex computer related problems and perform tasks effectively
- Must have strong communication and customer oriented skills

- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions
