PROGRAMME OFFICER-HUMAN RIGHT, LEGAL AND JUSTICE SECTOR REFORM (FOR INDONESIAN NATIONALITY ONLY)

Recruitment Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in international development or social sciences.
- A management qualification is desirable.
Experience
Essential:
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience implementing social development programmes or projects in government, CSO or UN agencies
- 2 year or more of practical experience in project or programme management
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on access to justice and pro-poor justice sector reform is essential
- Strong experience in the usage of computers and standard office software packages and in handling of web-based management system.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with UNDP systems, rules and procedures for project/programme management.
- Experience working with local and national government in Indonesia.
Language Requirements:
- High degree of fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
