MANAGER CUSTOMER SALES (Based in Jakarta)
Key responsibilities:
- Build, develop and maintain sound relationships with Customers
- Play a key role in Segment Business team to develop future strategies for the growth of the business and continued development of customer base.
- Prepare and achieve revenue budgets and unit sales for allocated distribution channels.
- Create and manage account development regular call plans to Customers.
- Work with Product Line Manager on strategies that increase Customer performance while maintaining budgeted KPI’s.
- Develop sales opportunities in units, consumables and aftermarket, performance contracts and spare parts, with a view to increased market share and prepare timely reports on market activity.
- Prepare tenders and detailed costing for key accounts
- Prepare sales reports, utilize and maintain sales tools, and develop account plans.
Your profile:
- Having formal qualifications in mining, heavy engineering or equivalent disciplines, Master’s degree is preferred.
- 6-10 years experience in rock processing, crushing system, and conveyor material handling system. Business development experience in Construction business with demonstrated growth results is essential. Previous design experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong networking skills and ability to actively manage customer relationships within a matrix organization.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A self starter and self motivated person with strong drive to perform and have ability to work within a small highly motivated team environment
- Extensive traveling is required of this role
- High Level of Computer literacy
