PT. Bekaert Indonesia is looking for talent to fill in the following positions:

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Your Role

• You will manage the whole operation of the plant to support the sales demand and growth
• You will prepare X+1 plan (staffing, capacity planning, investments)
• You will define the KPI’s for the whole operation and ensures the deployment down to the work floor
• You will organize and manage all the departments to meet plant targets

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering with min 7 years experience in production and technical
• Familiar to relating aspect in production, maintenance, safety and environment, financial issue, and able to handle industrial relations
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Your Role

• You will be responsible for the installation of all electrical systems and wiring of new equipment
• You will read and study the electrical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment and PLCs are running properly
• In the operation stage you will be responsible for conducting the accidental and preventive maintenance and contribute in achieving the output and uptime targets of the production department
• Together with small team of specialized electrical technicians who will be reporting to you, you will be responsible for conducting the daily maintenance activities
• You will report directly to the maintenance manager

Your Profile

• You hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with min 5 years experience in electrical troubleshooting and installation of machines
• You have a strong knowledge in programming / troubleshooting of PLC and AC Drives
• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
• You went to get the things done and enjoy working in a team
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT OFFICER

Your Role

• You will answer all customer inquiries related to the product availability and delivery dates
• You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate all the pre-shipment and after shipment activities
• You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with your customers by responding timely to all their inquiries and meeting their demands

Your Profile

• You hold a D3 or S1 degree In Economy, Accounting, or Logistics with 2-3 years experience in internal sales, shipping, exim, or logistics
• You will handle the inquiries-order-deliveries as one cycle of work and communicate well with production technical department to fulfill all the customer needs
• You are well organized, have a high sense of urgency and work very independently
• Excellent in SAP or other ERP software is an advantage
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

TEAM LEADER

Your Role

• You will lead a shift operation and achieve volume, safety, quality, productivity target and deliver your part in eliminating waste
• You will develop & coach your team members and encourage them to achieve production targets

Your Profile

• You hold a minimum Diploma degree in Engineering (preferablyi mechanical, industrial or electrical) with min GPA 3.00
• You have min 3 years of relevant working experience
• You have strong leadership and good in planning and execution
• You are dynamic, innovative, result-oriented person
• Good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

PROJECT ENGINEER

Your Role

• You will assist maintenance manager in handling running projects
• You will plan and schedule the project’s timeline and arrange details with suppliers and contractors
• You are able to execute all the project’s planning with minimal supervision
• You will report directly to maintenance manager

Your Profile

• You hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with min 5 years experience in project engineering
• You have experience in handling M & E project with value around IDR 200 million
• Preferably have experience in handling civil project
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Your Role

• You will conduct the mechanical installation of new equipment
• You will read and study the mechanical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment is running properly
• In the operation stage you will be responsible for conducting the accidental and preventive maintenance and contribute in achieving the output and uptime targets of the production department
• Together with small team of specialized mechanical technicians who will be reporting to you, you will be responsible for conducting the daily maintenance activities

• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience

MARKETING ANALYST

Your Role

• You will gather, analyze and report on regional market intelligence You will develop and issue monthly marketing intelligence reports covering trade flows, customer and competitor activity and market shares
• You will build network of information sources, both primary and secondary, utilizing local sales teams
• You will work in conjunction with the global market intelligence team to provide timely and accurate data for strategy development
• You will develop understanding of the business dynamics within the region

Your Profile

• You have university degree, MBA is a plus with min 3 years of experience
• You have knowledge of and experienced in analyzing and sharing information and intelligence
• You are analytical with proven capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to travel and work within a global and multicultural organization
• Experience in the rubber related or composite reinforcement industry would be a plus
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Your Role

• During the project stage, you will install mechanical equipments or electrical lines for the new plant and ensure the installed equipments are running properly
• During the operation stage, you will do mechanical maintenance or preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Your Profile

• You hold a Technical High School or Diploma degree in Electrical or Mechanical with min 2 years experience in electrical or mechanical installation
• Passive ability in speaking and writing English supported with knowledge of Microsoft Office
