Material Specialist Supervisor
Position requirements
A University degree in Engineering or related discipline is a prerequisite. You should have minimum 10 years experience in Offshore/Onshore Oil Industry in position related to Logistic, Material Management, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Regulatory Import Export of Oil Business related Material and Equipment.
You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills. Previous coaching experience is a plus and you have to be capable to organize your job autonomously according to the requirements of on going operations.
Position responsibilities
You will be expected to master Material Coding: using Company Material Management System, to have knowledge of oilfield goods import-export process, and to expedite process of the Master List in all the different stages. This position is based in Jakarta.
Your role will involve daily monitoring & reports of material inventory and the daily field activity to update material inventory of Company. Your skills must include Rental Equipment Management, Explosives, Radioactive Permissions, Safety Management, and Material Data Sheet. Your capability to conduct auditing process and warehouse management, Material Transfer procedures between PSC, and Transportation issues including safety via sea, air and land is required.
