Engineer – Medium Term Planning

Responsibilities:
* Medium Term Planning will be dedicated to assisting the Senior Engineer – Medium Term Planning with the monthly mine planning of drill and shovel movements, adjusting monthly plans to ensure that the annual budgeted or forecasted targets are met over the remaining months of the year. In addition to this the position will be responsible for the development of waste dumping and stockpiling plans, haul distances and truck balances.
* In addition to the above the position will also involve the administration of in-pit and ex-pit works includes the requirement to interact with all departments to analytically incorporate all the mine projects into one program with minimal conflicts regarding work areas, interaction of differing fleets and equipment needs. Extensive mine planning and project planning is required to fulfill this role

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
* Advanced technical mine engineering required.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Others or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
