NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
PT CASTROL INDONESIA is a customer facing and people based business. The B2C National Sales Manager (NSM) will manage all aspects of Sales Function within the area of responsibility. The NSM will be held responsible for the delivery against the targets and criteria set. One of the NSM primary roles will be to guarantee best in class implementation of the sales, marketing strategies and WCCM, and managing sales and distribution thru Distributors.
The NSM acts as a span-breaker for the Country Sales Director, and will be working cross function especially with the Marketing Team to deliver Indonesia sales growth agenda on B2C segment.
The incumbent will manage the B2C frontline sales team includes 4 (four) direct report of Regional Sales Managers. And will indirectly managing B2C Distributors and it’s sales team.
Key Results/Accountabilities:
- To ensure full compliance to all HSSE and Ethics standards.
- To achieve and exceed the Volume and Value targets set for B2C segment.
- To maximize Efficiency and Productivity of Distribution and Sales Resources.
- Ensuring customers and consumers are managed in a world class way.
- Developing and Leading B2C frontline staff include the direct report Regional Sales Managers.
- Implementation of sales growth agenda and marketing initiatives.
