National Supply Chain Manager (SCM)
National Warehouse and Delivery Manager (WDM)
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any course related to Supply Chain Management & Logistics (SCM); Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (WDM);
- At least 10 years of working experience in fields related to Supply Chain & Logistics; understands integrated supply chain and logistics concepts (SCM); at least5 years of working experience within Warehousing and Deliver (WDM);
- At least 5 years in managerial roles within Supply Chair) & Logistics (SCM); at least more than 1 year in managerial roles within Warehousing and Delivery (WDM);
- Working experience in the chemicals industry, in distribution and/or logistics and in an international environment and advantage;
- At least 35 years old.
Specific Requirements for SCM:
- Knowledge in planning & forecasting systems, ERP/MRP, CRM Hands-on experience in ISO systems and certification & surveillance procedures;
- Sound analytical ability and ability to facilitate change;
- Strong project management and people management skills; Proactive, energetic, results oriented, and mature;
- Fluent in oral and written English and addition to Bahasa;
- At least 35 years old
