General Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with related field of study from a reputable University
  • English proficiency with computer literacy
  • Experience in Life or General Insurance (or Financial Institution) would be preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Head of HR Services (Code: HRS) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as HR Manager
  • Understanding of labor laws and remuneration system
  • Understanding of company business processes and culture
  • Employee relations and organization behavior skills

Allianz Indonesia Corporate University Head of Communication & Learning Partner Relationship (Code: AICU-Com) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing communication or as HR trainer preferably in a financial institution

Accounting & Tax Manager (Code: Acc) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Accounting and Tax area
  • Extensive knowledge in Basic Accounting (Local GAAP, IFRS and Indonesia’s Regulations for Accounting) and Sun Accounting System

Fund Administration Officer (Code: FA) – Life
Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting / Finance / Investment / fund Services would be preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Investment Instruments, e.g.: Time Deposits, Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, etc
  • Good knowledge of insurance products, e.g.: Unit Linked, Savings Plans, Pension Funds, etc

Oracle Developer (Code: OD) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in developing oracle applications
  • Advance knowledge in Oracle (PL/SQL Programming, Oracle Packages)
  • Knowledge in J2EE Platform (Web-based Application Framework JSP, JSF)
  • Experience in developing complex packages, procedures, functions and query performance tuning
  • Full lifecycle experience developing large scale, scalable applications

Programmer Analyst (Code: PA) – Life

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or later (VB, C#), ASP.NET 2.0, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later
  • Experience in J2ME would be preferred

Business Analyst (Code: BA) – Life

Requirements:

  • Understand the Insurance Business and system concepts
  • Degree in IT would be preferred

Head of Corporate Actuarial and Reinsurance (Code: CAR) – Life

Requirements:

  • FSAI designation
  • Minimum 6 years experience in actuary function
  • Understanding of prophet actuarial software would be preferred

Risk Surveyor (Code: RS) – General

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years risk survey and assessment experience
  • Degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, industrial or chemical) is preferred
  • Familiar with NFPA standard and safety issues
  • Willing to travel

Claim Examiner (Code: CE) – General

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in claim handling
  • Have driving license “A”
  • Degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, industrial or chemical)
  • Male 26 – 35 years old

Marketing Support Manager (Code: MS) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in running sales contest and sales events for Agency & Bancassurance
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and work within strict deadlines

Assistant Manager Strategic Planning and Recruitment (Code: SPR) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Life Insurance Company or financial institution at supervisory level Knowledge of Agency model in Life Insurance Company and MIS (Management Information Systems) Ability to deal with conflict and persuasive skill

Sales & Distribution Function

General Requirements:

  • Age range 27-35 years
  • Target oriented and smart appearance
  • Adequate natural market & Good Networking
  • Able to build long lasting relationship with others
  • Own transportation vehicle (motorbike or preferably car)
  • Willing to be located all over Indonesia

Regional Business Development Manager (Code: RBDM) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in a Financial Services organization

Agency Development Executive for Jakarta, Kalimantan and Sumatera area (Code: ADE) – Life

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance company as a trainer or Development (for Kalimantan and Sumatera area) and 3 years experience in developing business/agency financial services area (for Jakarta area)
  • Knowledge in agency systems, preferably in supporting the agency services (for Jakarta area)

General insurance Account Executive (Code: GIAE) – General

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales
