In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position:
Payroll Officer
Essential Skills/Experience:
Requirements:
- S1 Degree in any Field (Accounting / Management / Technique/IT preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years in the similar job & responsibility.
- Good knowledge of Indonesia tax and have ability in tax calculation & report.
- Strong analytical & accuracy.
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
- Committed to work within the Company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and process salary payment (Local employees & Expatriate).
- Preparing and processing the payment of monthly income tax, Jamsostek and DPLK including claims proceedings.
- Support, implement, advice and control the compensation and benefits practices to ensure consistent application of C&B policies.
- Working together with the Finance and Accounting Department to process the monthly and annual closing for accounting purposes.
