PT BORNEO ALAM SEMESTA Our Company is a fast growing mining contracting company seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:
PLANT SUPERINTENDENT (CODE: PLANT – S)
- Ensure all parts required for breakdowns and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning
- To coach and lead supervision in their roles
- All maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time.
- Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures
Requirements
- Site based Position (Kalimantan)
- D III graduate or S1 degree Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as Plant superintendent or 5 years experience in mining project at supervisor level
- Hold the POP license
- People handling skill diagnostic skill in all aspect of Mechanical repairs
- Mechanic experience on CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi
- Knowledge of welding procedure
PLANT EQUIPMENT ANALYST (Code: Plant – EA)
- Analysis of data, with recommendations made to improve performance and cost effectiveness
- Collection of data & evidence related to major failures immediately following component breakdown, root cause analysis and making recommendations to avoid repeat failures.
- Evaluate and recommend options for cost benefits relating to plant
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- D III graduate or S1 degree Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanic experience on CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi
- Able to communicate openly and honestly at all times.
PLANT ADMIN
- Provide assistance to deliver monthly admin reports in a timely basis
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to all section that in charge for management
- Daily communication with the plant superintendent in relation daily activities, expediting priorities, reviews, and reports
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Able to communicate openly and honestly at all times
- Have 2 years experience in related position
- Able to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the project.
