PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
A Joint Venture between a European Engineering Company and a large successful local conglomerate group is seeking a professional to lead its Indonesian operations. The company provides high-value, innovative design, engineering and asset support solutions to the oil and gas industry and plans to expand to other market segments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Lead the company to be at the forefront of the Oil and Gas and other sectors in line with its expansion plans. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company s objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
- 10 years of experience in Senior Management position with a background in engineering, design, and asset service for the oil and gas industry or equivalent.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with strong knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and project management.
- Experience in developing corporate performance targets, with profit-and-loss responsibility to shareholders.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices as well as ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
