Job Title: Product Application Specialist
Balikpapan Based.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Indonesian Regional Sales Manager in developing and executing strategies to establish and grow market share in targeted markets and customers, at projected margins, through regional initiatives. To build both technical and product knowledge in the ESCO core product range within the Sales team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the application and operation of ESCO products to key customers while consistently representing ESCO objectives and policies.
Requirement
- S1 Engineering trade (e.g. Boilermaker, Fitter & Tuner, etc.), or Engineering tertiary qualification.
- 5 years experiences in a customer facing sales position within a mining services business, preferably with exposure to capital equipment and/or wear products.
- The ability to work across the Indonesian mining industry’s cultural spectrum, including ex-pats and nationals.
- Demonstrated capability in knowledge transfer to a local workforce; including development of supporting documented processes.
- High level written and oral English skills, with spoken Bahasa Indonesian preferable.
