PROGRAMME CLERK (GL4)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for collecting data on development and/or subject-matter activities of Indonesia and the region; Maintains, logs, files and updates records for subsequent use; Processes information and data in accordance with instructions received; Maintains control plans on the status of projects at the formulation, implementation and operational stages; Prepares documentation for briefing and review sessions; Summarizes information reflecting current obligations and future budgetary implications; Carries out specific operational/control tasks for programme/project implementation; and performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Complete secondary education but preferably University Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related field, with minimum 2 years previous job experience in same functional area. Experience of working in multi-cultural environment context added asset.

LANGUAGE: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and oral).

SKILLS: communication, report writing, computer literate with proficiency in using other office equipment (fax, telephone, typewriter, photocopy, etc.)
