URGENTLY REQUIRED

The United States Government, as represented by the US Embassy in Indonesia, is seeking proposals from qualified Project Management firms for the design, preparation and management of “The American Place” a new 21st century United States outreach venue which will be opened in Jakarta, Indonesia. The American Place will be located in a commercial space in the heart of Indonesia and will be easy to drop into and alive with activity. Young adults, including students and professionals will be able to get information and participate in programs about the U.S. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the design, implementation and subsequent administration and staffing of the venue. Offers are sought for innovative concepts for the design of The American Place, the management of the establishment of the venue, as well as day-to-day program management.

A pre-proposal, conference will be conducted on July 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Jakarta Time) at the U.S. Embassy, Jakarta.
