Responsibilities:
- Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard.
- Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion.
- Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met.
- Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known.
- Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract.
- Responsible to check that the cost codes on each Material Requisition (MR) are correct also check that the remaining budget for the cost code is sufficient to cover proposal purchase, ascertaining Purchase Order (PO) has been cover proposed costs are considered to be committed and refer to the budget.
- Responsible to review and confirm that Subcontractor invoices are as per Contract terms & conditions for the further payment process.

SITE ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT
Prepare and deliver accounting process by following established procedures and guidelines in order to perform clerical accounting procedures accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experiences in mining industry, have an experience as assistant accountant is advantage
- Min. Diploma degree from any major, preferably form Accounting/Economics
- Has proficient knowledge about petty cash and expenditure management

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.

- Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
- Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.

Plan, control and monitor mining operation performance and liaise with Project Managers to foster an efficient mining operation through competent Technical & Engineering skills and disciplines.
Requirements:
- Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Surpac, MineScape & XPAC)
- Min 8 years experience and Bachelor degree in mining engineering

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
- Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations.

CUSTOMS COORDINATOR

- Prepare import clearance file and identification of Import Harmonize System code to ensure all files and codes are complete and proper.
- Monitor shipping forecast start off from carriers through Freight Forwarder and provide necessary and regular information in order to anticipate difficulties and adapt corrective measure to the actual situation.
- Monitor handling and boarding operations at ports of loading and discharge at any port or airport of discharge (in Jakarta), or at transshipment port, receipt of goods, customs clearance and delivery to site to ensure all goods are arrived in respected destination without any difficulties.
- Monitor and coordinate all movement of materials / equipment from supplier s ex work to the fabrication yard or storage area to ensure all movement are runs well and tractable.
- Assist manager in reviewing and monitoring all customs examinations by external auditors & resolve the customs issues to ensure that customs issues are resolved efficiently.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERING
Control and monitor the technical execution of a Project (or section of a Project) including the liaison and control between Engineering/Procurement/Construction to ensure that all materials and services that are purchased, fabricated, and constructed are delivered on time and in strict accordance with the approved project specifications and accepted industry codes, as well as providing specific solutions to constructability or interface (clash) issues during the construction phase.

- Proven track record of performing a Senior Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.

- Be fully conversant with all Project Management Plans and all Company procedures. Enforce the use of the procedures and immediately identify any non compliance with the Project Manager.
- Ensure all technical specifications and industry codes are strictly enforced by all Vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage and efficiently close out all Technical Queries that are raised by all partners including Vendors, Subcontractors, and Construction personnel. Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ s.
- Manage the interface between Procurement and Engineering to ensure that Technical Bid Evaluations are prepared on a timely basis. Liaise with Vendors (via consultation with the Procurement Manager) as necessary to ensure that all technical aspects are dealt with prior to the award of work to Vendors and subcontractors. Attend the Kick-off meeting for all major orders.
