QA/QC MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring of the implementation of the product quality standards
- Implementation of project specific inspection and test plans
- Performing supplier audits and assessments
- Definition of quality improvement measures for suppliers and following up
- Approval of supplier documents for quality and processes: ITPs, MPPs, WPS/PQRs
- Coordinating and performing witness tests and final inspections at supplier site
- Implementation of quality organization and quality measures for installation work on sites
- Reporting and follow up of non-conformities
- Preparing the quality documentation for projects
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
- Knowledge about welding (WPS, PQR)
- Knowledge about NDT testing (PT, MT, UT) and dimensional control
- Knowledge about manufacturing of heavy steel components
- Knowledge about corrosion protection and packing
- English language in writing and verbal
- Experience in project business
- Team player, solution oriented, and problem solving skills
