1. Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
- Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
- Minimum five (5) years experiences in coal mining owner company (in remote area).
- Good understating about OHS legislation, mining safety and construction as well.
- AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
- Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.
- Good commands of English both spoken and written.
- Able working under pressure.
- Able working without supervision.
This above position will be based in Muara Teweh, this is a permanent position and Competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
2. Geologist Modeling
Responsibilities:
- Prepare geological model and interpretation.
- Geological model review, check and validation.
- Prepare quality modeling and geostatistic.
- Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
- Prepare resources estimation and report.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
- Geologist with three until five (3-5) years experience in coal mining exploration (drillings and mapping activity), engineering and consulting.
- Capable to operate MineScape Stratmodel.
- Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
- Understand resources reporting standards.
- Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
- Excellent use of GIS Software and (Mapinfo, arcinfo).
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
This above position will be based in Banjarmasin, this is a permanent position and competitive salary and benefit will be offered to the right candidate.
3. Mining Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets that required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
- Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School certificate.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience at Operator Leading Hand and foreman level within Mining Production.
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
- Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
- Computer literacy.
4. Mining Foreman
Responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Qualifications:
- Senior High school degree.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
- Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
- Ready worked in remote area.
